They are well-versed in worker management procedures and JTKSM requirements. Guided by KDN guidelines, the agency aims to address market weaknesses in manpower supply, working hard to bridge gaps in both segments and provide effective solutions for companies.

As the director of PRABHU TRAVELS SDN BHD, she has transformed the travel and tourism landscape by offering comprehensive services, including travel agency operations, tour packages, transportation management, and flight ticket sales, ensuring seamless and memorable journeys for clients through strategic partnerships. Her latest venture, AGENSI PEKERJAAN ETIKA GLOBAL SDN BHD, focuses on the efficient and ethical management of foreign workers, providing recruitment, documentation, training, and support services. Mrs. SER BEE KIM, with a Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Computing, has established a robust leadership profile across multiple industries. Since 2016, she has been the director of Twins Aspiration Sdn Bhd, a company specializing in salary management and payroll services. In 2020, she expanded her entrepreneurial portfolio by founding JKL Security Sdn Bhd, which provides security guards and Gurkha guards to various sectors, ensuring comprehensive protection and safety. Building on her success, she has now launched AGENSI PEKERJAAN ETIKA GLOBAL SDN BHD, a new venture dedicated to the supply and management of foreign workers. Mrs. SER BEE diverse expertise and strategic vision have enabled her to excel in enhancing security, financial management, and workforce solutions for a wide range of clients.

Sales Manager

Easa Tak is a seasoned professional with a diverse career spanning over 30 years in the hospitality, real estate, and sales management sectors. She holds a Diploma in Hotel Management, which laid the foundation for her career.

Easa began her professional journey in 1990 as a Sales Manager at PJ Hilton, where she developed expertise in client relations and business development. She later became the Banquet Manager at PJ Hilton from 1995 to 2000, overseeing large events and banquet operations. In 2001, Easa took on the role of General Manager at Villa Daniella Beach Resort, where she led the resort’s operations and enhanced its reputation.

In 2003, Easa transitioned to real estate, working as a Real Estate Agent for two decades, excelling in property sales and client negotiations. In 2024, she returned to the sales management field, joining Etika as a Sales Manager, where she continues to apply her leadership and sales expertise.

Lourine John is a skilled professional with over a decade of experience across various industries. She started her career in the administrative field, working from 2009 to 2013, where she developed expertise in office management, document handling, and customer relations. In 2013, she transitioned to the tourism sector as a Ticketing Manager at Prabhu Travels Sdn.Bhd., where she oversaw ticketing operations, sales, and customer service for a decade, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency. In 2024, Lourine joined Etika Global as an Administrator, bringing her wealth of experience in administration and management to support the organization. Throughout her career, she has proven to be a dedicated and adaptable professional, excelling in leadership roles and continuously delivering high standards of service.
